We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our existing
You will work with active campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall ad performance while keeping costs efficient.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Meta Ads
Monitor daily performance (CPC, CPM, CTR, conversions, spend)
Test and optimize audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting)
Improve ad creatives, copy, and placements
Manage budgets and bidding strategies
Set up and monitor conversion events
Analyze performance and provide clear, actionable insights
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of audience targeting and funnel structure
Experience with creative testing and performance analysis
Ability to optimize based on data, not assumptions
Clear communication and structured reporting
Nice to Have:
Experience with local or event-based businesses
Familiarity with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
Experience managing multiple ad accounts or locations
This is an ongoing part-time or freelance role with flexible hours. Long-term collaboration is preferred.
