JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber to help source and prepare high-performing short-form videos for our paid advertising campaigns.

Your primary responsibility is to find viral videos from platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, make light modifications, and organize them for use in our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

This is a dedicated full-time role (40 hours/week) with long-term growth opportunities.

We are NOT looking for a freelancer or agency.

???? Your Daily Responsibilities
Content Research & Sourcing

? Find viral and trending videos related to beauty, haircare, skincare, and lifestyle
? Identify strong hooks and high-engagement content
? Track trending formats and styles

Light Editing & Adaptation

? Trim clips and adjust length
? Add captions/subtitles
? Resize for vertical formats (9:16)
? Remove watermarks when needed
? Make minor visual adjustments

(No advanced editing required)

Creative Organization

? Name and categorize videos by hook/style/theme
? Upload and organize files in Google Drive
? Maintain creative library for ads team

Ad Prep & Uploading

? Upload creatives into Meta Ads Manager
? Ensure correct format & quality
? Label creatives clearly for testing

? Requirements

? Excellent English comprehension
? Experience using TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
? Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar)
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to follow systems and instructions
? Reliable internet connection
? Available during consistent working hours

? Bonus (Not Required but Helpful)

? Experience preparing creatives for Facebook/Instagram ads
? Understanding of viral content trends
? Experience using Meta Ads Manager
? Experience in eCommerce or direct response marketing
