JOB OVERVIEW

We are launching Revya ( ---------- ), a new Dutch lifestyle brand, and we are looking for one sharp operator to help us build a high-quality waitlist before launch.

This is not a basic VA role.

We want someone who understands Meta Ads, landing pages, and email flows, and knows how to turn traffic into real leads that are likely to buy.

What you’ll do
• Run and optimize Meta Ads for Dutch audiences
• Create ad creatives and ad copy using AI tools
• Improve our Shopify waitlist landing page for higher conversion
• Build and manage Klaviyo flows to warm up leads before launch
• Test new angles, creatives, audiences, and ideas
• Report clearly on results and improve performance fast

What we need
• Proven Meta Ads experience
• Shopify experience
• Klaviyo experience
• Strong English
• Able to create or quality-check Dutch copy using AI tools
• Understands lead generation and e-commerce funnels
• Self-starter who does not need constant hand-holding

Pay
• Starting salary: $5/hour
• Performance bonuses
• Extra launch bonus: you will receive a percentage of the revenue generated from the email list
• Higher hourly pay over time if performance is strong

Hours
• Part-time
• Around 20 hours per week
