I run a US-based marketing agency and I’m looking for one experienced Meta Ads specialist to help onboard new clients quickly and correctly.
This role is execution-focused. You will not be creating strategy or copy. You will take a clear marketing brief, creative assets, and a budget — and bring everything to life inside Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
This is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, experienced, and takes pride in clean setups.
This role is primarily async. Some limited overlap with US Central Time is helpful but not required.
What You Will Do
• Set up Meta Business Manager (or audit existing setup)
Configure:
• Ad Accounts
• Pages & Instagram connections
• Pixels & Events Manager
• Domain verification
• Asset access & permissions
Build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager using provided:
• Creative
• Copy
• Objectives
• Budgets
• QA all settings with the agency before launch
• Document setup and flag any risks or missing information
• You will not communicate directly with clients unless explicitly approved.
Required Experience
• 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
• Has personally set up Meta Business Manager from scratch
• Strong experience with:
• Pixels & Events Manager
• Domain verification
• Lead, Traffic, or Conversion campaigns
• Ad account permissions & troubleshooting
• Comfortable following a written marketing brief
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Will ask questions instead of guessing
