JOB OVERVIEW

We are a lean performance agency managing Meta advertising for eCommerce and lead-generation brands. We are hiring a part-time media buyer who can protect account fundamentals and act quickly when performance changes.

This role requires more than daily campaign adjustments or polished reports. You must connect business results, Ads Manager data, historical creative performance and current tests; turn that evidence into clear action; and carry approved work through launch, review and iteration.

What you will own
- Monitor spend, pacing, ROAS or lead efficiency, revenue or qualified-lead signals and account risk. Escalate material issues with a recommended action and owner.
- Diagnose changes across delivery, audience, offer, creative, copy, landing experience and tracking. Distinguish a finding from a hypothesis.
- Build and maintain a searchable record of historical winners by business period, creative angle, format, hook, copy, audience, spend and outcome.
- Turn approved ideas into executable Meta tests with exact campaign, ad set and ad details, budget, assets, naming, launch timing and decision criteria.
- Run a fast learning loop: launch, confirm delivery, read early diagnostics, make safe adjustments and apply validated learning to related ads.
- Give the creative strategist or production team evidence-based requests and complete briefs. Review whether delivered assets answer the performance need.
- Maintain a concise change log and weekly decision update. Reports must lead to an action, a deliberate hold or a specific request for missing evidence.

What makes you a fit
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience for eCommerce or lead generation, including periods of weak performance and account recovery.
- You can reconcile Ads Manager metrics with Shopify, CRM or another business source and explain mismatches without inventing certainty.
- You understand that a winner depends on the period, objective, spend, audience, placement and business result. You do not label an ad a winner from one convenient date range.
- You can translate creative evidence into a production request, then launch and read the resulting test.
- You communicate early when blocked, state your assumptions and ask a focused question before working in the wrong direction.
- Practical AI use is welcome. You remain responsible for facts, calculations, platform settings, creative claims and the final recommendation.

Working arrangement
Required overlap: 7AM-8AM, 9PM-10PM, America/Phoenix. Weekend coverage.
After engagement, final tasks, approvals and evidence live in ClickUp; agreed messaging channels are used for alerts and coordination.

How to apply
Please send: (1) one redacted account-recovery example with the business problem, your diagnosis, exact actions and outcome;
(2) one creative-performance analysis or brief showing what you personally did;
