I’m looking for a skilled Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns that generate leads for a webinar funnel promoting an online mentorship program.
The primary goal of this role is to drive qualified webinar registrations through Meta ads
This is a great opportunity for someone experienced with lead generation campaigns and webinar funnels, with potential for long-term work as we scale advertising spend.
**Responsibilities**
Campaign Management
* Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on
* Optimize campaigns for cost per lead and webinar registrations
* Monitor performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets
Lead Generation Strategy
* Drive leads to a webinar registration funnel
* Test different audiences and ad creatives
* Identify and scale winning campaigns
Performance Tracking
* Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead, click-through rate, and conversions
* Provide weekly reports on campaign performance
* Suggest improvements to improve campaign results
Collaboration
* Work with our team to test ad creatives
* Coordinate with the funnel and CRM systems
* Provide recommendations to improve funnel performance
**Tools You May Work With**
* Meta Ads Manager
* Webinar lead generation funnels
* CRM systems (such as GoHighLevel)
* Funnel platforms (such as ClickFunnels)
* Analytics and campaign reporting tools
**Campaign Details**
Primary campaign objective: generate webinar registrations for a mentorship program.
Initial ad budget: approximately **$2,000 per month**, with plans to scale as campaigns become profitable.
**Hours**
Approximately **5–10 hours per week** depending on campaign needs.
**Ideal Candidate**
* Experience running Meta ads for lead generation
* Experience with webinar funnels or online education businesses
* Strong understanding of cost-per-lead optimization
* Comfortable analyzing ad performance and making adjustments
* Strong communication and reporting skills
**Bonus Experience**
* Experience running ads for coaching, consulting, or digital product businesses
* Experience optimizing webinar funnels
* Experience scaling ad spend beyond $10k/month
