We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is not an entry-level role — we want someone who has run paid campaigns, knows what moves the needle, and can show proof of it. If you've scaled budgets, optimized creatives, and driven measurable
What you'll do
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across
Own campaign performance end-to-end — from targeting and creative strategy to testing and optimization
Analyze data and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROAS
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets
A/B test audiences, creatives, and offers continuously
Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
What we're looking for
Proven, demonstrable track record with Meta Ads — real numbers, real results
Deep understanding of
Strong grasp of targeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
Experience managing mid-to-large ad budgets efficiently
Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, KPIs, and attribution
Excellent communication and ability to work independently
