JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist + GoHighLevel Support (EMS / Fitness Marketing Agency)

Job Type: Full-time, long-term

Compensation: $1,000 to $1,200 USD per month, based on experience and test task results. Paid monthly. Raises are tied to performance and responsibility.

About Us

EMS Mastermind is a direct-response marketing agency for Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) fitness studios in the US and internationally. We run lead generation, Meta ads, offer optimization, and CRM automation for about a dozen active studio clients. We care about performance, honesty, and doing the work right the first time.

The Role

You will implement our ads strategy across client accounts and keep every account tracking, launching, and performing the way it should. I set the strategy. You execute it with precision, monitor results daily, and tell me what you see. This is a long-term seat for someone who wants to grow with the agency.

What You’ll Do

Meta Ads (primary focus)

Launch and manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on our strategy and creative briefs
Implement our testing frameworks: creative tests, audience tests, and offer tests
Monitor account performance daily and flag spend spikes, CPL jumps, creative fatigue, and disapproved ads
Make optimization calls within clear guidelines (scaling, pausing, budget shifts, refreshes)
Build and manage custom and lookalike audiences
Update ad copy and creatives across accounts
Prepare clear performance summaries for client accounts
Show initiative: tell me what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d test next

Tracking and Setup

Set up and verify Meta Pixels and Conversions API (CAPI) for each client
Configure and troubleshoot standard and custom events, event match quality, and deduplication
Connect tracking between landing pages, forms, GoHighLevel, and Meta
Audit existing accounts for tracking gaps and fix them
Manage Business Manager access, ad accounts, domains, and aggregated event settings

GoHighLevel (supporting)

Build and edit workflows, pipelines, calendars, and forms
Upload and update SMS and email nurture sequences
Make sure lead flow from Meta into GHL works end to end
Test every workflow before it goes live

Operations

Report progress daily in Slack or WhatsApp
Keep SOPs and client notes organized
Follow our brand and copy standards exactly

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience managing real budgets for lead generation (not just ecommerce)
Proven experience setting up Pixels and CAPI, including troubleshooting event match quality and tracking issues
Strong understanding of lead gen metrics: CPL, cost per booked appointment, show rate, and creative fatigue
Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars)
Strong written English, since you’ll handle client-facing copy updates
Detail-oriented, with the habit of double-checking your own work
Self-managed and reliable, with consistent hours and fast replies
Comfortable with US time zone overlap (we’ll agree on exact hours)
Stable internet and a quality computer setup

Nice to Have

Experience with local service, fitness, or wellness businesses
Experience with lead nurture and appointment-setting funnels
Familiarity with Canva and AI tools for creative work
Experience with Google Tag Manager or server-side tracking

Our Copy Standards (you’ll be trained on these)
Short, punchy lines. No em-dashes, no generic AI-sounding phrases, no fluff. Copy should explain how something works, not just promise results.

How to Apply

Please include:

A short summary of your Meta Ads experience, including the largest monthly budget you’ve managed
One example of an account you improved: what the problem was, what you changed, and the result (no confidential details)
Your experience with Pixel and CAPI setup, and one tracking problem you’ve diagnosed and fixed
Confirm you’re comfortable with the $1,000 to $1,200/month range, or tell me where in the range you see yourself and why
Your availability and time zone
Start your application with the word “Mastermind” so I know you read this

Shortlisted applicants will complete a short paid task before the interview.
