JOB OVERVIEW

About us: US supplement brand (DTC + Amazon). Our creative team produces new video and static ads every single day. We need one person who gets them into Meta Ads Manager correctly, every day, without being told twice.

The role: You receive finished creatives and copy from our team and build them as ads inside our existing campaigns and ad sets. Naming convention, settings, links, placements — exactly as specified. This is pure execution. No media buying, no strategy, no budget or targeting decisions.

This role is for you if:

You have built hundreds of ads in Meta Ads Manager yourself and know every setting on the ad level without looking it up (Advantage+ creative toggles, placements, aspect ratio per placement, URL parameters, pixel, identity/page selection, standard vs. flexible ads)
You work from a brief without needing a call. You read, you build, you report.
You catch your own mistakes before we do

This role is NOT for you if:

You've only "assisted" someone who used Ads Manager
You'd need training on the Ads Manager interface itself
You need daily check-ins to feel confident

What you will do daily:

Build 10–30 new ads from our creative/copy handoff (Google Drive + copy doc)
Name every ad exactly by our convention
Run our launch checklist (URL, pixel, placements, ratios, creative enhancements off)
Update the tracker, flag broken or missing files in one message — no back-and-forth
Post a short daily completion report in ----------

Requirements:

3+ years hands-on inside Meta Ads Manager (not Meta Business Suite, not boosting posts)
Experience with e-commerce / DTC ad accounts
Zero-error mindset — one wrong link or setting costs real money
Good written English
Available every day (6 days/week), uploads completed by 9:00 AM CET
Own computer, stable internet

Pay & setup:

$7/hour, paid weekly, tracked hours
Roughly 2–3 hours per day to start, more as volume grows
SOP + Loom for our specific setup on day one. After that, you're expected to run it.
