JOB OVERVIEW

Do you like the kind of work where you can actually see the results of what you do? Where a good ad doesn't just get clicks, it turns into a real person booking an appointment because they felt like they were in the right place?

We're looking for someone to run Meta Ads across our three clinics in Sydney Australia, and take real ownership of how people find us and book in.

You'll be across the whole funnel: campaigns, leads, and making sure people actually convert into booked appointments, not just clicks that go nowhere.

Part Time remote role Salary: $600 AUD/month, 20 hours per week. Full time growth potential for the right candidate getting great results!

What you'll be responsible for

- Managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns across all three clinics, end to end
- Building, refining, and managing audiences - custom audiences, lookalikes, exclusions, and keeping an eye on overlap so campaigns aren't competing against each other
- Setting up and running retargeting campaigns for people who've visited our site or interacted with our content, choosing the right objective and performance goal so we're optimising for bookings, not just reach
- Working with our content creator to brief and request alternative creative to test - you won't need to produce the creative yourself, but you'll know what to ask for and why
- Monitoring lead flow and campaign performance, and tracking cost per lead against actual bookings
- Managing lead handoff into our systems and running reactivation campaigns for people who haven't booked yet
- Proactively spotting opportunities - new audiences worth testing, creative angles, or campaign structures that could perform better - rather than just running what you're told
- Reporting weekly on what's working, what isn't, and why
- Taking ownership of the whole thing - this is a "figure it out and tell me what happened" role, not a "wait for instructions" one. We need someone with initiative and a growth mindset.
- Keeping an eye on our organic Meta content too — what's landing, what isn't, and feeding that back into paid strategy (and vice versa)

The type of person we're looking for

You're someone who:

- Understands Meta's ad platform properly — not just boosting posts, but setting objectives, reading a pixel, and knowing why a campaign is or isn't performing
- Is genuinely up to date with how Meta Ads Manager works day to day, and can explain what's happening in plain terms, because we won't be checking your setup ourselves — we're trusting you to know the platform better than we do
- Writes well, and can pick up a brand voice instead of falling back on generic ad copy
- Pays attention to the numbers, but also to the person on the other end of the ad
- Takes ownership of results and doesn't need to be chased
- Is comfortable owning the whole account, not just executing tasks — you'll be the one d ---------- what to test next and asking our content creator for what you need
- Is comfortable working with a healthcare brand, where some of the usual targeting and retargeting rules work differently to ecommerce

Experience we're looking for

- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, ideally for a local or service-based business
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and retargeting setup
- Experience with CRM platforms (we use GoHighLevel)
- Bonus: experience with health, allied health, or another industry with advertising restrictions

About us

Sydney Physio Group runs three clinics — Freshwater, North Ryde, and Waverton — each with its own character, but all built around the same idea: people should feel like they're in the right place. We're not chasing the biggest or loudest presence. We'd rather do three clinics really well than ten averagely.

How to apply

Do not send us a DM. Please respond here.

Start your application with why you are interested in this role.

Please also include:
- Your resume
- A short written response (a paragraph or two is plenty) after looking at our ----------
1. Pick one organic post you'd scale with paid Meta ads — which one, and why that one specifically?
2. How would you approach scaling it? (audience, objective, anything you'd change or test before putting budget behind it)
3. What's one question you'd want answered before touching anything?

We're not looking for polish here — we're looking for whether you've actually looked at us, how you think about scaling organic into paid, and whether that thinking is sound. Applications that skip this or send something generic won't move forward.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
Sarah
