JOB OVERVIEW

SAMA Labs is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager with deep expertise in scaling eCommerce brands through full-funnel Meta advertising. This is a senior-level role for someone who has spent at least 5 years building, optimizing, and scaling high-performing Meta campaigns across multiple accounts, budgets, and industries.

You’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of Meta Ads for several eCommerce clients simultaneously. You must be confident managing spend across prospecting and retargeting funnels, interpreting data, planning creative tests, and aligning campaigns with broader acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Meta Strategy & Execution

Build, manage, and scale full-funnel Meta campaigns for multiple eCommerce brands simultaneously.

Own prospecting, retargeting, and retention structures with clear performance frameworks.

Plan and implement creative testing frameworks to consistently identify winning assets.

Maintain strong channel hygiene: proper naming conventions, testing structures, and optimization flow.

Performance Optimization & Analysis

Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and contribution margin.

Identify performance trends, diagnose issues, and implement corrective action quickly.

Conduct weekly deep-dive analyses on funnel performance and audience behavior.

Present insights to internal teams and contribute to client-facing reports.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

Work closely with the creative team to request, brief, and test new ad concepts and iterations.

Provide data-backed insights into what formats, hooks, angles, and visuals drive the best results.

Align creative testing with funnel needs and audience learnings.

Cross-Channel Collaboration

Collaborate with Email/SMS, Google Ads, and Web/CRO teams to ensure channel alignment.

Understand how Meta fits into the broader acquisition and retention ecosystem.

Coordinate with the Director of Client Services for client insights, goals, and performance reviews.

Platform Expertise & Innovation

Stay up to date on Meta updates, algorithm changes, creative trends, and best practices.

Implement testing frameworks for bidding, audiences, placements, and creative formats.

Suggest and apply new tools, attribution methods, and strategies that enhance performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience specifically within eCommerce (required).

Proven track record of managing multiple accounts with budgets ranging from $10K–$250K+/month.

Deep understanding of full-funnel campaign structures and the role of creative in performance.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and connect it to actionable decisions.

Proficiency with Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or similar attribution tools.

Experience collaborating with creative teams and briefing UGC or paid social content.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain performance to internal teams.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, test-iterate-scale environment.
