Your Impact

Launch with precision.
You set up Meta Ads campaigns based on proven frameworks and clear guidelines.
This ensures every campaign starts with the right targeting, budgeting, placements, and structure — eliminating costly errors from day one.

Build strong foundations.
You implement proper tracking (Meta Pixel, UTMs) and audience setup.
This guarantees clean data, smooth handovers, and campaigns that are ready for scaling by the performance team.

Test new angles confidently.
You launch structured tests for new creatives, offers, and audiences.
This keeps the pipeline fresh and feeds the team with validated data.

Protect performance.
You monitor campaigns during the first 24–48 hours and flag issues immediately.
This prevents wasted spend and protects account health.

Ensure compliance.
You follow Meta’s advertising policies carefully.
This keeps accounts stable and long-term growth uninterrupted.

Who We’re Looking For
• Experience launching direct-response Meta Ads for e-commerce brands
• Familiar with CBO, ABO, audience testing, and ad variations
• Strong attention to detail and structured execution
• Comfortable working inside Meta Business Manager
• Knowledge of tracking tools and compliance requirements
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This is a pure execution role — no scaling or deep optimizations required. Your mission is simple: launch campaigns correctly, cleanly, and consistently.
