We are a US-based performance marketing agency that helps B2B and eCommerce brands grow through paid ads, content, and automation. We currently manage over 40 active client accounts across the US, Canada, and Europe.
About the Role
You will be responsible for launching and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns. You’ll follow strategies provided by our senior team, handle tracking and setup, and focus on improving performance. No client communication or creative design is required — we have dedicated teams for that.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
Monitor and optimize performance based on data
Ensure correct pixel and conversion tracking
Follow internal naming, budgeting, and reporting systems
Collaborate with our strategy and creative teams
Support creative testing and reporting
Requirements
Experience running Meta and Google Ads
Understanding of tracking and pixel setup
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work with partial overlap in US Eastern Time (EST)
Good written and spoken English
Bonus (not required)
Experience with TikTok Ads
Familiar with GoHighLevel or reporting tools
Basic understanding of ad creatives
