JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established luxury photography studio based in Charleston, South Carolina, seeking an experienced Meta Ads and GoHighLevel Specialist to join our team long-term.

This is NOT a general virtual assistant position. We need someone who has proven, hands-on experience with BOTH Meta Ads and GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per booked client.
* Test audiences, ad creative, and landing pages.
* Monitor Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
* Manage and troubleshoot GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
* Update email/SMS sequences, calendars, forms, and pipelines.
* Troubleshoot CRM issues and maintain integrations.
* Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and bookings.

Requirements:

* Proven Meta Ads management experience.
* Strong GoHighLevel experience, including workflows and automations.
* Experience generating leads for service-based businesses.
* Excellent written English and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and communicate with a US-based team.
