We're hiring a Meta Ads specialist who actually knows how to test, optimise, and scale — not just run ads and hope for the best.
We are a fast-growing Australian e-commerce brand selling premium physical products. We've been running Meta Ads for years but we're done with people who set and forget. We want someone obsessed with performance, testing, and results.
What you'll be doing
• Run structured creative and copy testing every single month — no exceptions
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns — prospecting, retargeting, remarketing
• Kill losers fast, scale winners hard
• Reduce cost per result while maintaining or growing volume
• Brief or produce ad creatives — video, image, carousel
• Report weekly on actual business outcomes — purchases, ROAS, CPR
• Own audience strategy — broad, interest, lookalike, exclusions
What we need from you
• 5+ years running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands specifically
• Experience with high ticket physical products ($100+ AOV)
• Managed accounts spending $20k+ per month
• Proven track record of reducing cost per purchase over time
• Strong understanding of creative strategy — not just the technical side
• Can show real results from real accounts — not just pretty case studies
• Comfortable with CBO, ABO, Advantage+ and when to use each
• Understands post-iOS14 attribution and works around it
This role is NOT for you if
• You set up campaigns and check them once a month
• You can't show us actual Ads Manager screenshots with real results
• You're a generalist digital marketer who "also does Meta Ads"
• You report on reach and impressions instead of purchases and ROAS
