JOB OVERVIEW

Jamal

We're hiring a senior, AI-first Meta media buyer to run our Facebook ad accounts, lead gen and ecommerce. You own the strategy, you own the reporting, you tell us what to test next. Not looking for someone who waits for a task list.

The Role

- Manage multiple ad accounts across lead gen and ecommerce
- D ---------- what gets tested and why, then build it yourself
- Own reporting, including what happened and what's next
- By day 30-60, you're telling us what to test, not asking what to test

Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM EST window. Specifics set once we connect.

What We're Looking For

- Deep comfort in Meta Ads Manager, heavy daily use of Claude or similar
- Senior level, both lead gen and ecommerce, and you know why they're built differently
- Strategic and analytical, not just tactical

How to Apply
1. Start your reply with "Jamal." No Jamal, no review.

2. Record a 5-minute video answering the questions below.

3. List your tool stack, 1-10 self-rated. Meta Ads Manager and Claude (or your AI tool) first, then everything else.

4. Give us three numbers: accounts you manage now, total monthly spend across them, and your highest-ever month of spend with rough timing.

5. Walk through your last 2-3 accounts: starting spend vs. now, lead gen or ecom, what you did, and the outcome (revenue, leads, ROAS, or CPL).

6. Confirm you can work inside the hours above.

How You Use AI

Cover in your video: which tools you use daily vs. occasionally, one time AI saved you real time, and one time it gave you a bad output and how you caught it.

Video Questions

1. Three accounts, day one. Walk through your first week and your first hypothesis.
2. What do you actually do differently structuring lead gen vs. ecommerce, and where do people screw it up?
3. Strong CTR, cheap clicks, no revenue or leads. How do you diagnose it?
4. Your highest-spend month ever. What broke, and how'd you handle it?
5. What changed in how you build accounts because of Andromeda?
