We’re a performance marketing agency working primarily with B2B healthtech, SaaS, and professional-services companies. Most of our campaigns run on
We’re looking for a hands-on creative strategist who can own the paid-social creative process, from developing concepts and hooks to producing the finished ads.
This is not an order-taking design role. We need someone who can study an offer and audience, identify promising creative angles, and turn those ideas into static ads, carousels, and short-form videos. You should be comfortable proposing what we should test, explaining why an idea could work, and executing the creative yourself.
The role will begin with project-based work, with the potential to become a consistent, long-term engagement.
What you will own
Develop original Meta ad concepts based on the offer, audience, pain points, objections, and campaign goals.
Turn concepts into clear hooks, visual directions, storyboards, and finished ads.
Create static images and carousels designed for
Produce short-form video ads using talking-head footage, b-roll, UGC or AI-generated assets, captions, and motion graphics.
Adapt strong concepts across different hooks, audiences, formats, and stages of awareness.
Bring us new creative angles, relevant trends, competitor observations, and testing ideas—not just variations of existing designs.
Build and maintain an organized backlog of creative concepts we can test.
Review creative performance when data is available and recommend what to iterate, expand, or replace.
Deliver organized, editable Figma files and clean final exports. keyword: metaStrategist
What we are looking for
A strong portfolio of real Meta or paid-social advertising—not only branding, organic social posts, or general graphic design.
Evidence that you can develop concepts and direct-response ideas, not just execute someone else’s brief.
Strong static-ad design skills, including mobile-first hierarchy, readable hooks, visual storytelling, and clear calls to action.
Experience producing short-form video ads with strong pacing, captions, pattern interrupts, and visual hooks.
Strong Figma skills and the ability to hand off organized, editable files.
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or a comparable video-editing workflow.
An understanding of direct-response principles and how paid creative supports lead generation.
The ability to explain the thinking behind your creative decisions.
Clear communication, dependable delivery, and the ability to manage creative work with limited direction.
Experience with B2B lead generation, healthtech, SaaS, professional services, UGC, motion graphics, or Adobe Creative Suite is valuable.
Experience with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Arc Ads, Runway, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Claude, Codex, or similar tools is also useful—but strong creative judgment matters more than the specific tools you use.
