Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and strategic Ad Creative Strategist & Designer to produce high-converting ad creatives for
Responsibilities:
Design scroll-stopping ad creatives including static images, carousel ads, video thumbnails, and short video ads
Write compelling ad copy — headlines, primary text, and CTAs — tailored to each client's audience and offer
Develop creative concepts and strategies based on client goals, target audience, and funnel stage
Collaborate with the Media Buyer to test multiple creative variations (A/B testing)
Analyze creative performance data and iterate based on what's working
Maintain brand consistency across all client ad creatives
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay current with Meta ad trends, formats, and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience creating ad creatives specifically for
Strong portfolio showing Meta ad creatives that generated real results
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
Ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused ad copy
Understanding of direct response marketing and advertising psychology
Experience working with multiple clients or in an agency setting
Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines
Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and color
Nice to Have:
Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Experience with UGC-style ad creatives
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and creative performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Thumb Stop Rate)
Knowledge of different industries (e-commerce, local business, coaching, etc.)
