JOB OVERVIEW

We’re running a fast-moving e-commerce launch for wellness/supplement products (targeting women 35–55 with weight loss/menopause focus). We need a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to take full ownership of Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns: setup, targeting, creative production, testing, optimization, and daily performance management. You’ll run the traffic engine independently after initial handover, delivering leads for owner to close via WhatsApp. Goal: High ROAS (return on ad spend) with low-risk creatives that avoid platform flags.
Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) using Ads Manager/Business Suite.
Define & refine audiences: Women 35–55, interests (weight loss, menopause, wellness, Ozempic alternatives, fitness after 40), behaviors, lookalikes from pixel data.
Create & refresh ad creatives: Use Canva to design images (before/after transformations, urgency overlays), short videos if possible, write compelling copy (emotional hooks, testimonials, scarcity). Produce 5–10 variations per test.
Run A/B tests: Low-budget daily tests ($20–$50/day initially), analyze results (clicks, CPC, CTR, conversions), scale winners, pause losers fast.
Set up & monitor pixel/events for tracking (views, add-to-cart, leads).
Optimize daily: Adjust bids, budgets, placements, targeting based on data.
Report simply: Daily/weekly Google Sheet updates (spend, ROAS, leads generated, top creatives).
Light organic support: If experienced, post subtle seeding/comments on relevant Reddit subs (follow strict guidelines to avoid bans).
Follow provided guidelines: Avoid direct drug/medical claims in ads/copy to reduce ban risk.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns (e-commerce, lead gen, or wellness preferred).
Proficient in Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, pixel setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, scaling.
Strong Canva skills (or basic Photoshop) for quick ad image/copy creation.
Solid English communication (written reports, clear updates).
Data-driven mindset: Comfortable analyzing metrics and making optimization decisions.
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, backup power (common in PH).
Honest, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
Bonus: Experience with Reddit/social seeding, lookalike audiences, or running urgency/FOMO campaigns.
