Job Vacancy: Meta Ads Creative & Media Buying Specialist (E-commerce / Dropshipping)

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads specialist who understands how to turn products into profitable, scalable campaigns.

This is a performance-driven role. You should have a strong background in direct response marketing, know how to create high-converting ad creatives, and be confident in managing and scaling campaigns based on data.

About Us

We build one-product e-commerce stores focused on problem-solving products, primarily in the health sector.

Our setup includes:

Funnel-based stores built in Funnelish
Advertorial-style landing pages
A strong focus on direct response marketing

Our objective is simple: identify winning products and scale them aggressively through Meta Ads.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for creative production & strategy.
You will also be part of media buying In collaboration with the founders.

This means:

Creating ad creatives that convert
Managing campaigns and optimizing performance
Scaling winning products and cutting losing ones

You should understand the full flow — from hook and headline to metrics and scaling decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Creative
Develop high-converting image and video ads
Write strong, direct response headlines on creatives
Create hooks and angles based on product pain points
Analyze winning ads and replicate effective concepts
Continuously test and improve creatives
Media Buying & Optimization
Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (CBO structure)
Monitor and analyze CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Identify underperforming ads and take action
D ---------- when to scale, kill, or duplicate campaigns
Execute scaling strategies for winning products

Requirements
Proven experience with Meta Ads in dropshipping or direct response e-commerce
Strong understanding of what makes products convert through paid ads
Experience creating ad creatives (not just editing)
Solid knowledge of hooks, angles, and scroll-stopping concepts
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Experience with CBO campaign structures and scaling
Fluent in English

Preferred
Experience with Funnelish or similar funnel builders
Experience with advertorial funnels
Background in product research
