We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on
Responsibilities:
Build and launch Meta
Manage and optimize active campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and custom events
Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Stay up to date with Meta's algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns
Proven track record of managing ad budgets of $1,000+/month with strong ROI
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Events Manager
Experience with campaign objectives: Lead Generation, Conversions, Traffic, Awareness
Strong understanding of funnel strategy (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Ability to write compelling ad copy and brief creatives effectively
Experience managing ads for multiple clients simultaneously
Familiarity with Google Analytics, landing page tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages), and CRMs is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
