We’re a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a detail-oriented Meta Ads Assistant to support our advertising operations. This is a part-time, long-term role focused on execution and reporting — not strategy.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH META ADS MANAGER. If you’re organized, comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, and love keeping campaigns clean and accurate, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Upload and manage ads in Meta Ads Manager
Set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on clear instructions
QA ads before launch (creative, copy, links, UTMs, naming conventions)
Turn ads on/off and make routine updates as requested
Pull daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Export data fro
Help maintain clean account structure and naming conventions
Flag obvious issues (disapproved ads, broken links, spend anomalies)
What You Will Not Do
No media buying strategy
No creative direction
No copywriting
No budget decisions
(Those are handled internally — this role is execution + reporting support.)
Requirements
Located in the Philippines
1–3+ years experience working inside Meta Ads Manager
Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
Familiar with basic paid ads metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS)
Able to follow SOPs and written instructions precisely
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Nice to Have (but not required)
Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands
Familiarity with Shopify or Google Analytics
Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based company
Hours & Pay
Part-time: ~10–20 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule (some overlap with U.S. PST preferred)
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
