OVERVIEW
The Meta Ads Account Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid social campaigns. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of creative strategy and technical performance.
You aren't just pushing buttons in Ads Manager; you are analyzing customer behavior, scaling winning creative, and ensuring KORELIMITED reaches the right audience at the right time. You understand that in streetwear, a high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) comes from the perfect marriage of "The Math" and "The Magic."
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management & Scaling
Full-Funnel Strategy: Build and manage Meta ad campaigns across the entire customer journey: Prospecting (TOF), Retargeting (MOF/BOF), and Retention/LTV.
Budget Oversight: Manage and scale daily/monthly spend to hit aggressive revenue targets while maintaining efficiency (ROAS/MER).
Technical Setup: Ensure pixel health, Conversions API (CAPI) stability, and accurate catalog management for Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC).
Creative Strategy & Testing
Creative Directives: Collaborate with the content team to request high-performance assets (UGC, motion graphics, lifestyle photography) based on data-driven insights.
Rigorous A/B Testing: Lead a "test and learn" culture—testing hooks, headlines, formats (Reels vs. Static), and landing pages to constantly lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Creative Analysis: Deep-dive into creative metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR) to understand why an ad is winning or losing.
Data & Reporting
Performance Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on key metrics including Spend, Revenue, ROAS, CPA, and New Customer Acquisition.
Audience Insight: Build and refine Lookalike (LAL) audiences and high-intent interest stacks relevant to the streetwear and Asian-American cultural niche.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience specifically in Meta Ads/Media Buying for an E-commerce/D2C brand (Streetwear/Fashion experience is a major plus).
Proven Track Record: Experience managing 6-figure monthly budgets with a history of scaling brands profitably.
Analytical Mindset: You love spreadsheets as much as you love streetwear. You can look at raw data and turn it into an actionable strategy.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Shopify, and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale or GA4).
In-Office: This role is based at our HQ to ensure tight collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
