JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Merch by Amazon (MBA) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the entire lifecycle of our MBA pipeline — from scouting profitable niches to generating high-quality designs using the latest AI creative tools, and keeping our growing asset library perfectly organized.

If you know how to spot a winning MBA trend and can seamlessly blend AI-generated art into print-ready apparel designs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Niche & Trend Research: Conduct daily research to identify profitable, low-competition niches, keywords, and trends specifically for Merch by Amazon.

- AI-Driven Design Generation: Use AI platforms — specifically Ideogram, ChatGPT, and Google Flow — to generate, remix, and refine unique t-shirt and merchandise designs.

- Prompt Engineering: Craft highly specific text prompts to maintain style consistency and ensure the generated artwork translates perfectly to physical apparel.

- Asset Organization: Act as the librarian for our design assets. You will name, tag, and organize files in bulk, ensuring our workflow remains frictionless from generation to final upload.

- Quality & Compliance: Review all outputs for copyright and trademark compliance before they are cleared for the upload queue.

Requirements

- Proven MBA Experience: You must have a strong track record of researching, vetting, and identifying winning niches on Merch by Amazon.

- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience generating production-ready art with Ideogram and ChatGPT. You must also be proficient in using Google Flow (Google's AI creative studio) to generate, edit, and refine visual assets.
Google Play

- Design Fundamentals: While AI does the heavy lifting, you need a strong eye for typography, composition, and color theory to make designs pop on dark and light shirts.

- Hyper-Organized: You know how to manage hundreds of daily files, prompts, and variations without losing track of upload statuses.

- Self-Starter: You can take a general concept, research the market viability, generate the art, and hand over a ready-to-publish folder with minimal supervision.

What We Offer

Flexible working hours (Remote).

Consistent, ongoing work with room for growth.

The opportunity to work daily with the latest AI creative technologies.

How to Apply

Please reply with the following:

- A brief summary of your workflow for finding profitable Merch by Amazon niches.

- A link to your portfolio showing apparel designs you have created using Ideogram, ChatGPT, or Google Flow.

- A short explanation of the system or method you use to keep hundreds of design files organized.
