Member Success Advisor (Remote, Part-Time)

RingMyTech™ is a premium senior technology concierge and Technology Wellness™ service. We help seniors stay connected, independent, safe, and confident with everyday technology—while giving their families peace of mind.

We are looking for a warm, patient, highly organized Member Success Advisor who will make every member feel heard, respected, and cared for. This is more than a customer service role. You will help ensure that seniors and their families are never left alone with technology.

What you will do:
• Welcome new members and guide them through a calm, reassuring onboarding experience
• Respond to member questions by phone, email, and chat with patience and clear, simple language
• Schedule support sessions and coordinate follow-ups
• Check in with members after service to confirm they feel confident and supported
• Keep accurate notes and update member records
• Identify unresolved concerns and escalate them appropriately
• Help families understand their membership and available support
• Support retention, reviews, and referrals through genuine care—not pressure
• Follow privacy, security, and scam-awareness procedures carefully

What we are looking for:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A calm, friendly, professional phone presence
• Genuine patience and empathy for seniors and families
• Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail
• Customer service, customer success, healthcare support, concierge, or hospitality experience
• Confidence using email, calendars, video calls, spreadsheets, and customer management tools
• Good judgment with private member information
• A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and dependable computer/headset
• Availability for consistent overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Technology knowledge is helpful, but patience, communication, sound judgment, and follow-through matter most. Training will be provided.

• Schedule: 20 hours per week
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time
• Starting pay: $500 USD per month
• Payment frequency: Twice monthly
• Initial performance review: After 90 days
• Expected pay increase after a successful review: $550 to $600 USD per month
