We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage lead generation and client inquiries for our medspa in Allen, TX. Your job is to monitor and respond to leads from various channels (ads, socials, website) using our sales funnel tools (GoHighLevel, AI voice agents, Slack, Monday, etc.), qualify and convert them into bookings, and coordinate with our onsite team. You should be detail-oriented, eager to learn and innovate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks include:
- Monitoring dashboards for new leads from ads and campaigns and responding via calls, texts or
- Qualifying and nurturing leads, scheduling consultations or treatments, and following up with reminders.
- Updating records in CRM, coordinating with tea
- Assisting with light outreach to past clients and prospects to drive bookings.
You must have at least 2 years of experience as a VA with customer service and sales/lead gen. Experience with medspa, healthcare or beauty is a plus. Excellent English communication and availability during US CST hours (20-40 hours per week) are required.
Compensation:
- Base pay US$600 per month.
- Incentive plan allowing you to earn an additional $400+ per month based on performance (bookings and revenue).
- Quarterly and yearly raises and evaluations based on results.
