Easy Kind Medicare is a growing independent Medicare brokerage helping seniors across the US find the right Medicare coverage. We’re looking for a dedicated, warm, and reliable Appointment Setter to join our team.

This is NOT cold calling. Every person you speak with has already requested information about Medicare through one of our marketing channels (webinars, online forms, social media). Your job is to follow up with these warm leads, confirm their interest, and schedule a consultation with one of our licensed Medicare advisors.

Your job is to follow up with these warm leads, confirm their interest, and schedule a consultation with one of our licensed Medicare advisors.
What You’ll Do
• Call warm inbound leads who have requested Medicare guidance
• Follow a proven, compliant script to qualify prospects and set appointments
• Log all activity in GoHighLevel (our CRM) – notes, dispositions, scheduled calls
• Send confirmation texts/emails to prospects after booking
• Hit daily KPIs: dial targets, contact rate, and appointments set
• Coordinate with the licensed advisor on calendar availability
• Maintain a friendly, patient, and empathetic tone – these are seniors, not sales targets
Who You Are
• You have a clear, warm, and professional speaking voice with neutral English accent
• You’re experienced with phone-based lead follow-up (insurance or healthcare preferred)
• You’re comfortable using GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a similar CRM/dialer
• You understand that you are NOT selling or discussing plan details – you’re setting the table for the advisor
• You can work during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET, at minimum 4-hour blocks)
• You have a quiet home office, a quality headset, and stable internet
• Bonus: You have experience in Medicare, health insurance, or the senior market

Compensation
• $5–$7/hour base (depending on experience)
• bonus for each appointment set with attendance.
• Performance reviews at 30 and 90 days with raise potential
• Paid 1-week trial to start
