JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our healthcare team. This is a part-time, long-term position ideal for an independent self-starter with prior medical administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and documentation.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage calendar bookings and patient appointments.
Patient Communication: Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls and patient inquiries with professionalism.
Independent Workflow: Execute daily administrative tasks smoothly with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in medical administration (mental health background preferred).
Experience using virtual phone systems (e.g., Google Voice) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
Experience with time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).
Willingness to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Reliable work setup: high-speed internet (with backup) and a quiet workspace.
Bonus (Nice to Have): Any secondary experience in marketing, SEO, or bookkeeping.
