NOW HIRING: Medical Virtual Assistant (Remote | Full-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Medical Virtual Assistant to join a growing dental clinic team.

Position Details:
• Full-time | Long-term | Remote
• $5–$6/hour (based on experience)
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Clinic Details:
• Specialty: General Dentistry
• EHR/EMR: DentiCon
• Phone System: Weave

Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk support and receptionist tasks
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (including following up with leads and bringing patients into the clinic)
• Manage patient scheduling and activations
• Conduct missed appointment follow-ups
• Provide billing support
• Perform insurance verification and assist with insurance-related tasks

We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident handling U.S. healthcare workflows, with strong communication skills.
