BeyondMed Group Ltd is a fast-growing international medical tourism company connecting patients from the UK, USA, Canada and France with world-class cosmetic surgery in Tunisia. We are a small, ambitious team now building our sales operation in Manila to expand into English-speaking markets.
This is a ground-floor opportunity — you will be one of our first hires in the Philippines and will work directly with the founder.
Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for international patients inquiring about cosmetic surgery packages in Tunisia. Your job is to build trust, answer questions, qualify leads, and guide patients from first inquiry to confirmed booking.
What You Will Do
Respond to incoming leads from
Qualify leads by understanding the patient's procedure interest, budget and timeline
Follow up consistently with warm leads using our CRM system
Send patients information packages, quotes and booking details
Coordinate with the Tunisia clinic team to confirm surgery dates and packages
Maintain accurate records of all leads and conversations in the CRM
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the founder
Assist with English-language social media responses and community management
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service or client coordination
Excellent English — written and spoken, must sound natural and professional to UK/US/Canadian clients
Strong communicator — warm, confident, empathetic and persuasive
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Comfortable handling sensitive conversations (medical procedures require trust and discretion)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience in medical, wellness or tourism industry is a strong advantage
Experience working with foreign clients or international companies is a big plus
What We Offer
PHP 35,000 – 40,000/month base salary
Commission on every confirmed booking (structure discussed at interview)
