We are looking for a remote Medical Scheduler to support U.S.-based patients. This is a patient-facing, phone-ready role. All tea
This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare or medical admin experience who are eager to learn, reliable, and comfortable communicating with patients in English.
Compensation:
$800–1000/month, depending on experience and readiness to handle patient calls independently
This role begins with a 90-day contract period, with the intention of continuing long-term for the right candidate.
Hours:
Flexible scheduling (30-40 hours per week)
Must overlap with U.S. business hours, including some evenings and occasional 1-2 hours on weekends
What You’ll Do:
Respond to patient inquiries via phone,
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
Conduct outbound calls for reminders and warm outreach
Provide clear, empathetic patient communication
Collect and verify patient information
Follow structured workflows and HIPAA guidelines
Nice to Have:
Prior experience supporting U.S. patients
Familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools
Interest in growing into more autonomous patient-facing work
