About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and compassionate Medical Sales & Marketing VA to join our growing wellness and regenerative medicine team. This role focuses on guiding patients through their wellness journey by promoting and selling medical products and procedures—including regenerative therapies, non-invasive treatments, and physician-recommended supplements.
The ideal candidate will have a background in medical or health-related sales and a passion for helping patients understand the value of cutting-edge treatments. You’ll work directly with our patient leads, marketing team, and care coordinators to drive conversion, retention, and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Consultations
Educate patients on regenerative products and services through virtual consultations,
Recommend personalized treatment plans or packages, using approved medical scripts and protocols.
Follow up with patient inquiries and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and weekly outreach benchmarks.
Patient Engagement
Manage appointment reminders, follow-ups, and upsell opportunities.
Ensure patient satisfaction and communicate benefits clearly and ethically.
Marketing Support
Coordinate with the marketing team to launch and track promotions.
Assist in
Help create patient-friendly educational materials (scripts, one-pagers, product descriptions).
CRM & Reporting
Use designated CRM systems to manage leads, update patient profiles, and log activity.
Track KPIs and report weekly progress, wins, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in medical sales, telehealth, wellness, or regenerative medicine
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
Familiarity with CRMs, virtual communication tools, and digital health platforms
Organized, tech-savvy, and highly responsive
Self-motivated with the ability to meet quotas and work independently
Bonus: Experience in aesthetic medicine, hormone therapy, or supplements
