JOB OVERVIEW

Healthcare Partnerships & Administration Coordinator

About DOC on Call

DOC is a growing Australian digital health platform connecting patients with doctors, specialists and allied-health professionals through telehealth and hybrid healthcare services.

As we expand our practitioner network and develop our physical health hubs, we are looking for a proactive, organised and confident team member to support our partnerships and daily operations.

## About the Role

You will work directly with the Co-Founder and become an important extension of the leadership team.

This is not a traditional sales position. It is a relationship-focused coordination and administration role involving communication with healthcare professionals and organisations across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Researching potential healthcare partners and practitioners
- Contacting medical practices, pharmacies, doctors and allied-health providers by telephone and email
- Introducing DOC and explaining our practitioner network
- Scheduling meetings and interviews for the Co-Founder
- Managing contacts, tasks and follow-ups through our CRM
- Assisting with the onboarding of doctors and health practitioners
- Maintaining accurate practitioner and partnership records
- Preparing emails, documents and basic reports
- Following up on outstanding information and documentation
- Providing general administrative and operational support
- Helping improve our internal processes as the business grows

## About You

You may be a strong fit if you have:

- Experience in healthcare administration, medical support, partnerships, recruitment or a similar environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confidence communicating with doctors, healthcare practitioners and business owners
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A reliable computer and internet connection

Experience working with an Australian healthcare organisation would be highly regarded but is not essential.

## What We Offer

- A remote position with a growing Australian healthcare company
- Direct access to and support from the leadership team
- Long-term career and professional-development opportunities
- A supportive and collaborative working environment
- The opportunity to help develop systems and processes from an early stage
- Meaningful work supporting the growth of an innovative healthcare network

## How to Apply

Please submit:

1. Your current résumé
2. A short cover letter explaining why you would be a strong fit for DOC
3. Details of any relevant healthcare, administration, partnership or customer-service experience
4. A brief voice or video introduction, if available

Please begin your application with the words “DOC Partnerships” so we know you have read the complete job advertisement.
