Medical Doctor — Global Support Team (Remote)
iSLEEP | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Standard Time

At iSLEEP, we’re rethinking how sleep care is delivered—making it simpler, more human, and actually supportive for patients once they’re home and trying to make CPAP work in real life.

We’re looking for a Medical Doctor to join our Global Support Team, focused on remote patient care and ongoing clinical support rather than traditional in-clinic visits.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our clinical and care coordination teams to support patients remotely, with a focus on:

Assisting with our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program

Supporting CPAP acclimation, troubleshooting, and patient education

Monitoring and guiding therapy compliance

Answering clinical questions and helping patients feel confident and supported as they adjust to therapy

This role is about continuity, clarity, and compassion—helping patients succeed after the prescription is written.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Compensation: $8 USD per hour

Location: Remote (Global Support Team)

Who You Are

A licensed Medical Doctor (MD or equivalent)

Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled care environment

Clear communicator who enjoys helping patients understand their therapy

Calm, patient, and solutions-oriented—you like fixing problems and making things easier for people
