What you’ll do
Answer patient questions, provide guidance on dosing, side effects, lifestyle tips, and treatment progress
Help members navigate the portal, request refills, schedule follow-ups, and resolve any issues
Deliver compassionate, knowledgeable, and timely support that keeps patients feeling cared for and confident on their journey

We are looking for someone who:
Has solid working knowledge of tirzepatide and semaglutide (or the ability to learn it quickly and thoroughly)
Brings previous experience in patient support, medical assisting, nursing, care coordination, or telehealth customer service
Is empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
Can commit to at least 12 months (we invest heavily in training and want tea
This is a full-time role and an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career in patient support within the GLP-1/weight-loss space.
