We provide licensing, application assistance, and staffing solutions for healthcare organizations, and we are expanding into medical billing. We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and reliable professional to join our team part-time.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing & Marketing Specialist to handle both the technical and outreach sides of our business. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on medical billing experience and proven skills in marketing and outreach, including cold calling clinics and sending out marketing materials.

This is a dual-role position:

Medical Billing: Manage and process billing for clients, ensure accuracy and compliance, follow up on claims, and maintain records.

Marketing & Outreach: Take initiative to reach potential clients, create and send marketing materials, and conduct cold calls to clinics and other healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.

Follow up on denied or unpaid claims to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.

Create and distribute marketing materials via email, phone, and other channels.

Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services.

Track marketing efforts and provide weekly activity reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical billing (U.S. healthcare preferred).

Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.

Proven track record in marketing and outreach for healthcare services.

Comfortable with cold calling and initiating contact with clinics.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

High-speed internet and a quiet, professional work environment.

Compensation & Schedule

$450 USD/month (part-time, 5 hours/day, Monday–Friday).

Paid in USD monthly.
