About our company:
We are a leading digital media brand covering military, defense, intelligence, and national security topics, built and run by former special operations veterans. We work with top-tier advertisers and sponsors in the defense, tactical gear, and outdoor industries, and we're looking for a driven media sales professional to grow our advertising and sponsorship revenue.

The Role
We're hiring a Media Sales Executive to sell advertising placements, sponsored content, and partnership packages to brands who want to reach our highly engaged, loyal audience. This is a commission-heavy role for someone who wants to be paid on performance and isn't afraid of outbound prospecting, closing deals, and managing client relationships from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising and sponsorship deals
Manage a pipeline of media buyers, agencies, and direct brand contacts
Build long-term relationships with repeat advertisers
Negotiate rates, packages, and contract terms
Collaborate with the editorial and content team to develop sponsored content opportunities
Track and report on sales pipeline and revenue against targets

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (any industry — media, advertising, B2B, SaaS, insurance, etc. all considered)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-driven role
Familiarity with military, defense, or tactical/outdoor industries is a plus, but not required
