JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, reliable Media & Marketing Assistant to consistently produce and manage Diem Dental's content and campaigns — keeping our brand visible, professional, and engaging across social media, email, SMS, and our website.
What You'll Do
Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook and Instagram (posts, Reels, Stories)
Manage comments and DMs, and handle basic enquiry responses
Edit videos — add captions and branding, repurpose long-form footage into short-form content
Design graphics in Canva for social media, promotions, email, and recruitment/training
Maintain and update website content, including articles and landing pages
Build and run POD, SMS, and email campaigns — from concept through to results review
Maintain a content calendar and report on engagement, leads, and campaign performance
What We're Looking For
Creative with strong visual judgement and excellent written English
Commercially aware and curious — understands premium branding
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Good attention to detail and quick to learn new tools
Comfortable experimenting with content and formats
Experience We'd Love to See
Social media management and content creation experience
Copywriting and video editing skills
Confident with Canva and CapCut
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, or POD is a bonus — full training provided
