JOB OVERVIEW

-MUST INCLUDE SCREENSHOTS OF META DASHBOARD PERFORMANCE FEATURING ROAS, CPA, CTR
This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of paid campaigns — strategy, implementation, optimization, reporting, and scaling. You will primarily manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, while experience with other platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus.

We’re hiring a performance operator to support daily execution across Meta and Google Ads. This role is focused on precise implementation, not strategy. You will be responsible for campaign setup, budget adjustments, audience structuring, and basic optimization within clearly defined rules. You must be comfortable pulling and reporting on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, MER), maintaining clean tracking sheets, and delivering concise, data-focused updates without being prompted. Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo is required to monitor conversion flow, support email coordination, and flag any issues that impact performance. You will also support creative testing workflows by organizing assets, tracking test variables, and identifying early winners based on data.

Execution discipline is critical. You are expected to follow instructions exactly, use consistent naming conventions, document all changes made inside ad accounts, and operate within strict scale/kill logic. This is an asynchronous role that requires strong self-management, fast turnaround times, and the ability to proactively identify problems such as tracking errors, inefficient spend, or funnel breaks. Communication should be clear, direct, and focused on actionable insights.

This is not a strategy role. You will be executing within an established system. The priority is reliability, accuracy, and speed—ensuring clean operations and contributing to profitable scaling.
