JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who loves ownership, systems, and follow-through. This role is for a Media & Growth Manager who will take responsibility for a few self-contained projects across podcast operations, outreach, and media opportunities. This is not a task-by-task VA role. It’s a role you can grow into.

My name is Nick and I run a Website (Outliyr), a podcast (High Performance Longevity), and 2 YouTube channels (Outliyr Human Performance & High Performance Longevity).

Your primary responsibilities would be:
- Managing the podcast from guest coordination to shownotes publication and social media promotion (we have an editor, so you won't be editing the actual media for the podcast)
- Supporting outreach and partnership execution
- Helping surface relevant growth opportunities
