We're hiring a high-level Media Buyer with strong
Your core responsibilities:
Managing, testing, and scaling Meta
Identifying winning ads, audiences, and hooks inside Meta Ads Manager
Using performance data to optimize CPL, lead quality, and appointment rates
Running structured testing frameworks across copy, creative, targeting, and placement
Developing and iterating creatives based on outcome metrics
Monitoring KPIs including CPL, CTR, CPM, cost per appointment, and ROI
Editing short-form video ads in CapCut when needed
Creating and refining static ad creatives and image variations
Working inside GoHighLevel to monitor lead flow and optimize tagging
Collaborating on strategy to improve homeowner targeting and messaging
Managing budgets across multiple accounts and scaling proven winners
Producing detailed yet clear performance reports and recommendations
What we require:
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
Proven ability to identify and scale winning ads based on real data
Experience with GoHighLevel for tracking, tagging, and basic CRM workflows
Ability to edit video content in CapCut
Some image editing and creative design experience
Strong understanding of homeowner psychology and remodeling demand cycles
Experience with lead generation (NOT e-commerce or brand awareness only)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
Willingness to work U.S. time zones and respond quickly to performance shifts
Highly analytical, resourceful, and execution-focused
