JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Facebook Media Buyer — Ecommerce (Direct Response)
About us
Spinbit runs paid acquisition for ecommerce brands. We're not an agency chasing vanity metrics — we buy media against real ROAS targets and we scale what works. You'll be working directly with the founder, not through three layers of account management.

What you'll do

Own Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns end to end — structure, launch, scale, kill
Manage daily spend of 5k
Build and test audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
Brief creative and iterate on angles based on performance data, not opinions
Run structured tests — you'll be expected to know what you're testing and why
Report daily on spend, ROAS, CPA and what you changed
Monitor account health, handle disapprovals and policy issues

What we're looking for

Must have:

2+ years buying Facebook ads for ---------- specifically (not lead gen, not agency-side reporting)
Personally managed at least $30k/month in spend
Fluent with Ads Manager, Business Manager, pixel/CAPI setup, and Shopify
You can explain why a campaign worked, not just that it did
Strong written English — you'll be writing daily reports
Reliable internet and a working setup for full-time hours

Nice to have:

Experience with TikTok Ads
Basic creative skills (Canva, CapCut) so you can test angles without waiting on a designer
Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar attribution tools
