Meta Media Buyer — Performance Verticals (iGaming / Sweeps / CPI / Auto Insurance)
Location: Remote (GST ±4 hrs overlap preferred) | Type: Full-time contractor | Comp: Base + % of profit (scales with performance)
About Us
Spinbit Media is a Dubai-based performance marketing operation running paid traffic at scale across Meta and TikTok. We work direct with networks and advertisers across iGaming, sweepstakes, rewarded/CPI, and insurance verticals. Small team, fast decisions, no corporate layers — you talk directly to the owner and you own your numbers.
The Role
We're hiring a Meta media buyer who can own campaigns end-to-end without supervision. You get offers, budget, creatives (in-house team), accounts, and tracking infrastructure. You deliver profitable spend. We don't micromanage — and we don't chase people who need chasing.
What You'll Do
Launch, manage, and scale Meta campaigns across iGaming, sweeps, CPI/rewarded (e.g. Freecash-style), and auto insurance offers
Own your P&L daily: spend, ROAS, EPC, CPA — you report numbers, not excuses
Structure and run your own testing frameworks (CBO/ABO, creative testing, audience/placement splits) and kill/scale decisively
Brief our creative team on angles, hooks, and iterations based on what your data says
Work within our tracking stack (Everflow, Keitaro, CAPI) — verify your sub-IDs and postbacks fire before scaling, not after
Manage account health across multiple ad accounts/BMs; navigate bans, restrictions, and warm-ups like it's routine (because it is)
Stay compliant-enough: you know how to run gray-adjacent verticals with cloaking/pre-landers where applicable and understand the risk profile
Must-Haves
2+ years buying on Meta with your own P&L responsibility in at least one of our verticals — you'll be asked to prove it (dashboards, stats screenshots, references)
Have personally managed $50k+/month in Meta spend
Deep familiarity with agency accounts, BM structures, spend limits, and account farming/warm-up realities
Fluent with trackers (Keitaro, Everflow, RedTrack, Binom — any), postbacks, and sub-ID hygiene
Self-directed: you see a problem at 11 PM, you fix it at 11 PM. Nobody assigns you tasks
Direct communicator — short daily numbers update, flag problems early, no disappearing acts
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with auto insurance/pay-per-call or lead-gen flows (Ringba, click-to-call)
Sweeps SOI/CC-submit experience in EU/LATAM geos
Russian/CIS market familiarity
Spy tool proficiency (AdHeart, Minea, etc.)
