JOB OVERVIEW
We run Meta ads for auto detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint shops across the United States. We have 33 active shops right now and we are adding more every month. I have been running every account myself and I am out of hours.

I am looking for one person to take the ads and the client relationship off my plate. This is not a button pusher role and it is not a chat support role. You will own accounts end to end: the ads that run, the leads they produce, and the shop owner who is counting on both.

You will work directly with me. If you are good, you grow into running the whole media buying side.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Media buying, about 60% of the job

Build, launch and manage Meta lead generation campaigns for assigned shops
Watch cost per lead daily and act on it, not weekly and not after I ask
Write and test new angles, pull the losers, scale what is working
Keep spend pacing correct so nobody burns their budget in nine days
Report what changed and why, in plain English
Client success, about 40% of the job

Run a short weekly check in call with each of your shops
Make sure they are actually calling their leads, because most shops do not
Flag a shop that is going quiet before it becomes a cancellation
Collect the wins, the job values and the reviews so we can prove the return
WHAT I NEED YOU TO ALREADY HAVE
At least 2 years running Meta ads with real money, and you can tell me what you spent and what it produced
You understand lead generation, not ecommerce. Cost per lead, lead quality, speed to lead and booked jobs are the numbers that matter here, not ROAS on a product catalog
Clear spoken and written English. You will be on calls with American shop owners every week
You are comfortable telling a client something they do not want to hear
Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
You have worked with local service businesses, home services, auto, med spa or similar
You have used GoHighLevel
You have used Make.com or Zapier
You can read a spreadsheet and find the problem in it without being told where to look
THE PAY
$800 to $1,800 USD per month depending on what you have actually done before
Monthly bonus tied to cost per lead across the accounts you own
Paid monthly. Philippine holidays respected. Paid time off after 90 days
Raises are based on the results your accounts produce, and I will tell you exactly what the target is
I do not pay a percentage of ad spend. I never will. That pays you more for spending more, and that is not the job.

No cover letter templates. No "I am a hardworking individual." Just answer the three things above.
