Role Overview
We are hiring a Social Media & Webinar Growth Manager responsible for:
• Driving consistent engagement on social platforms
• Increasing qualified webinar registrations
• Improving show rate and conversion
• Managing monthly live webinar launch cycles
• Supporting content distribution and strategic growth
This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution.
You must understand how content leads to revenue.
Responsibilities
???? Social Media Growth & Engagement
Develop and execute a monthly content strategy aligned with webinar funnel
Repurpose long-form content into high-converting reels and posts
Drive meaningful engagement (not vanity metrics)
Monitor analytics and adjust based on performance
Grow qualified audience of approved agencies (not broad followers)
???? Webinar Management (Monthly)
Build and manage 10-day promotional calendar
Coordinate
Oversee registration page optimization
Track show rate and attendance data
Improve conversion through data-backed iteration
Manage replay distribution and follow-up sequencing
???? Conversion Support
Optimize CTAs across social platforms
Analyze engagement-to-registration patterns
Improve messaging clarity and targeting
Support post-webinar follow-up systems
Track cost per registration (organic + boosted)
Requirements
You must have:
Proven experience growing engagement in the coaching, consulting, or service-based industry
A portfolio showing measurable results (registrations, show rates, conversions — not just aesthetic feeds)
Experience supporting live webinar funnels
Understanding of buyer psychology and positioning
Ability to execute under tight 10-day promotion windows
Strong communication and analytical skills
Bonus if you have:
Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated industries
