JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We're looking for an experienced, data-driven Virtual Assistant with a strong background in paid media to support our digital marketing operations. You'll work across multiple client accounts—building campaigns, pulling performance reports, optimizing ad spend, and helping our team make smarter, faster decisions based on real data.

This role goes beyond button-pushing. We need someone who understands the "why" behind the numbers, can spot trends and anomalies, and communicates findings clearly. If you geek out over ROAS, know your way around Ads Manager blindfolded, and love turning messy data into clean insights, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
• Campaign Management
• Build, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Set up audiences, creatives, and tracking according to strategy
• Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues proactively
• Make optimizations based on performance data (budget shifts, creative swaps, audience adjustments)
• Support Google Ads and TikTok Ads as needed

Reporting & Analysis
• Pull and compile weekly/monthly performance reports across platforms
• Build and maintain client dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar)
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, winning creatives, and opportunities
• Translate numbers into clear, actionable insights for the team and clients

Operations & Coordination
• Join daily check-in calls and weekly team huddles
• Keep campaign tracking documents and SOPs up to date
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on campaign iterations
• Manage tasks in project management tools and follow up on deliverables

Testing & Innovation

Research new ad formats, targeting options, and platform updates
• Assist with A/B testing strategies and document learnings
• Explore AI and automation tools to improve reporting and workflows

Requirements
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (strict US hours)
• Exceptional English: Clear written and verbal communication—you'll be on calls and writing client-facing reports
• Experience: 3+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (required); Google Ads and TikTok Ads experience a strong plus
• Data-Savvy: Comfortable in spreadsheets, pivot tables, and dashboards—you know how to find the story in the data
• Platform Knowledge: Familiar with tracking setup (pixels, UTMs, conversion events) and attribution basics
Organized & Reliable: You manage multiple accounts and deadlines without missing a beat
Proactive: You don't wait for problems to become urgent—you catch them early and communicate clearly

Bonus Points
• Experience with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or Triple Whale
• Background in e-commerce or DTC brands
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other marketing automation platforms
