JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency focused on scaling businesses through paid ads, AI systems, and high-converting funnels.

We don’t just run ads — we build full lead generation ecosystems using platforms like GHL, automation, and AI.

Now, we’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to join our team and help scale multiple client accounts.

???? Your Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling paid ad campaigns across multiple clients, primarily focused on lead generation.

You’ll work closely within a pod structure alongside:

CSM (Client Success Manager)
Automation & AI Specialist (GHL)
Marketing Strategist

???? Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and scale campaigns on:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (optional but preferred)
Daily monitoring and optimisation of campaigns
Creative testing (hooks, angles, offers)
Build and manage retargeting funnels
Analyse performance data and make decisions based on KPIs
Collaborate with team on landing pages and funnel improvements
Provide weekly performance updates

???? What We’re Looking For
Proven experience running paid ads for lead generation
Strong understanding of:
CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.
Experience managing multiple accounts at once
Ability to test and scale winning campaigns
Data-driven mindset (you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses)
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a big bonus
Experience working in an agency environment is preferred

Base pay + performance bonuses
Bonuses tied to hitting KPIs (CPL, lead volume, etc.)
