EVOLVE Digital is a performance marketing and e-commerce agency based in Germany (Osnabrück), working with a fully remote, international team. We're looking for an experienced media buyer with a strong track record in scaling native ad accounts.
What you'll do
Independently manage our Taboola and Outbrain campaigns according to existing SOPs
Handle daily budget, bid, publisher, and placement management, including blocklist maintenance
Make data-driven scaling decisions — knowing when an account can handle more budget without hurting margin
Build and run systematic testing on angles, creatives, thumbnails, and offer pages
Analyze performance by device, time of day, placement, and publisher, and translate findings into action
Brief copywriting and design based on data and a clear hypothesis
Document tests, decisions, and results clearly enough for another buyer to take over
What you bring
Proven track record of scaling native ad accounts from five- to six-figure monthly budgets
Several years of consistent, hands-on experience specifically with Taboola and/or Outbrain
E-commerce/D2C experience
Solid understanding of tracking/attribution and direct-response funnels (advertorial, pre-lander, offer page)
Disciplined, self-directed work following SOPs, with minimal oversight
Fluent English, spoken and written
What we offer
Freelance role starting at ~20 hrs/week, with potential to grow into full-time
Fully remote, reliable availability within an agreed time window across time zones
No direct client contact — full focus on execution, testing, and scaling
To apply: Please send your CV/portfolio with concrete budget figures from accounts you've managed, and briefly answer:
Describe an account you scaled from a lower to a significantly higher monthly budget. How did it unfold, and what did you specifically change when performance started to tip?
Which platforms have you independently managed native ads on — Taboola, Outbrain, or both — and for how long? Give approximate budget sizes per account.
Tell us about a case where a campaign stagnated or crashed. How did you figure out whether the issue was the angle, creative, placement, or tracking?
