JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity
This is a zero-to-one build, not a maintenance seat. You'll launch Taboola and Outbrain from scratch and scale them to a target of ~$25K/day in profitable spend. The infrastructure is in place — what we need is an operator who knows native deeply enough to move fast and build smart.

What You'll Own
• Launch and scale Taboola and Outbrain from zero to a ~$25K/day profitable spend target
• Structure campaigns, ad sets, and creative tests across both platforms, including headline and thumbnail rotation supplied by the creative team
• Manage site and publisher-level performance: blocklisting, allowlisting, bid modifiers, and dayparting at the sub-ID level
• Determine test winners and losers using a structured framework — full-funnel signals (advertorial engagement, click-through to offer, post-click conversion), not just CTR and platform CPA
• Set up and maintain tracking in Voluum, with attribution reconciled against Northbeam
• Brief the creative team on new angles, hooks, and thumbnails based on performance data
• Navigate Taboola and Outbrain compliance reviews — knowing what claims and creative styles pass and partnering with the team to adjust when needed
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on channel health, scale trajectory, and learnings

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years buying specifically on Taboola and Outbrain, with verifiable experience scaling individual accounts past $10K/day
• Direct-response background — e-commerce preferred; strong nutra or lead-gen operators who understand front-end economics and have transitioned into e-com will be considered
• Fluent in Voluum or equivalent click tracker (RedTrack, BeMob) at the sub-ID level
• Comfortable in Northbeam or a comparable MTA platform; clear understanding of the difference between platform-reported and attributed performance
• Strong instincts for advertorial funnels: what makes one work, what kills CTR from ad to page, what kills conversion from page to offer
• Disciplined testing methodology — you can articulate how you isolate variables, when you call a test, and what your kill criteria are
• Comfortable owning a channel build from scratch — this is a zero-to-one role

Nice to Have
• Experience launching native in additional ecosystems: Revcontent, MGID, Yahoo DSP
• Background in pet, home goods, or general physical product e-commerce
• Experience briefing creative teams on native-specific angles and hooks

Logistics
• Full-time, remote — EST working hours required
• Start date: ASAP
