The role
We are looking for someone with strong experience in Meta Ads, creative testing, and pattern recognition.
This role is not only about launching campaigns. It is about understanding what works, why it works, and how to scale it fast and in a structured way.
You must be able to:
• recognise patterns in campaign performance
• identify which creatives, hooks, titles and angles are working
• test different ad concepts for the European market
• scale winning campaigns horizontally and vertically
• support with product importing and product page adjustments when needed
We need someone who is careful, analytical, fast, and highly detail-oriented.

Tasks & responsibilities
• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Launch and structure campaigns, ad sets and ads in a clear and organised way
• Test different creatives, hooks, ad angles and product approaches
• Analyse campaign data daily and identify patterns in performance
• Monitor spend and understand where budget is going
• Recognise which campaigns, creatives or titles are performing best
• Quickly create new variations based on winning data
• Horizontally scale winning products and creatives with new ad variations
• Vertically scale proven winners in a controlled way
• Test different collections and product categories
• Compare creative styles and identify which formats perform best
• Keep performance sheets and Excel files updated accurately
• Document test results, insights and scaling decisions
• Give clear feedback to product listers on which creatives need to be tested or improved
• Review creative assets critically and adjust them when they do not match the winning direction
• Help with importing products carefully and efficiently
• Duplicate campaigns, adjust links, and help create extra product pages when needed
• Maintain structure so we always know which campaigns are generating which results

What we are specifically looking for
We want someone who is strong in:

• working with structure, rules and clear reporting
Creatives are extremely important in this role.
You should understand how to evaluate:
• which photos are converting
• which ad angles are performing
• which titles or product presentation styles attract better results
• which type of creative should be tested next based on current data

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Meta Ads specialist
• Strong experience in e-commerce; dropshipping is a big plus
• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable analysing KPIs such as spend, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA and conversion data
• Strong ability to recognise patterns in campaign and creative performance
• Experience with horizontal scaling and vertical scaling
• Experience testing multiple creatives, angles and collections
• Strong understanding of what makes a creative work in the European market
• Able to work carefully and accurately with Excel sheets and performance tracking
• Able to help with product importing and product page adjustments
• Strong eye for detail and quality control
• Clear and professional communication
• Able to give structured instructions to product listers and tea
• Independent, reliable and performance-driven
• Strong written and spoken English
